“I particularly appreciate being able to offer employees training courses with native speakers who demonstrate a high level of teaching skills. In the courses with Connect Language Services (formerly Brian Cross Language Services), the trainers have this ability to create an environment conducive to learning. There is often a symbiosis with the group or in the interaction with the trainer which helps to bring the learners to a conversational level in English (or French for English speakers) allowing them to be fluent and confident. These courses have regularly been instrumental in developing the impact of the employees learning and sometimes in opening up professional opportunities for them in our international group. I am always impressed with the quality and progress made by the employees.
